Ancient Egypt, carved in stone and code
We make free social slots inspired by Ancient Egypt: 3D temples that open right in your browser, with nothing to buy, no ads and no tracking. Just stone, gold and the turn of the reels.
Who we are
Horus Games is a studio with one subject: the temples, gods and treasures of Ancient Egypt, brought to life as free social slots in your browser.
Our games open with a single click. There is nothing to download or install, and they run full screen in desktop and mobile browsers. Treasures of Horus, our first original, takes you into a sunlit stone palace; Pharaoh’s Tomb leads you into a golden hall of falcon statues and torches. Both share one balance and one explorer profile.
We, the Horus Games team, make the kind of social casino we would want to play ourselves. That comes with a few firm rules. Nothing here is for sale: coins are virtual and free, there is no store and no subscription, and real money cannot be won. The pages carry no ads and no trackers. And every detail, from the texture of a carved reel to the math behind it, has to hold up when you look closely.
Why Ancient Egypt
Few worlds were shaped so completely by light, stone and symbols.
Many Egyptian temples were built of sandstone and covered in hieroglyphs, signs cut into stone that still speak after thousands of years. Their treasures shone with gold, lapis lazuli, turquoise and malachite. And their gods have faces you recognize at a glance: Horus the falcon, Anubis the jackal, Ra the sun.
On a reel, these signs are at home. The scarab, the ankh, the lotus and the Eye of Horus were symbols long before they became slot symbols. They were carved on temple walls, painted on papyrus and worn as amulets, each carrying an idea of life, protection or rebirth.
We are not historians, and our games are not history lessons. We take the mood, the materials and the myths as inspiration and build our own temples from them: a sunlit palace for Horus, a golden tomb for a pharaoh and, in the works, an underground sanctuary for Anubis and a pyramid at dawn for Ra.
How a game is made
Every game begins with a place you can almost step into: a palace, a hall, a tomb.
Art. We build each scene from carved sandstone, real temple textures and gold. In Treasures of Horus, the reels are five carved sandstone drums with golden symbols.
3D. Everything is rendered live in your browser with WebGL, so light moves across the stone and the drums turn as real objects, not flat pictures.
Sound. Music and effects are designed together with the scene: the roll of the reels, the quiet of the temple, the celebration of a win. Both can be switched off at any time.
Math. Paylines, ways to win, symbol values and bonus rules are designed and documented first. We publish the theoretical RTP of both games, and every spin draws on the browser’s cryptographic random generator.
Testing. Before release, we play each game in desktop and mobile browsers and check that every spin, win and bonus round follows the paytable.
The craft behind the reels
Carved stone and gold
Sandstone shrines with carved hieroglyphs, papyrus columns, falcon statues and golden symbols. Real temple textures give every surface the weight of stone.
3D reels in the browser
Real-time 3D built with WebGL: five carved sandstone drums in Treasures of Horus, a golden frame of falcons and lotuses in Pharaoh’s Tomb. Nothing to download.
Sound with a sense of place
Music and effects are part of the design, not decoration: they set the mood of each temple and mark every win. Sound and music can be switched off at any time.
Honest, documented math
The paytable, the rules and the theoretical RTP of both games are published: 94.3% in Treasures of Horus and 95.45% in Pharaoh’s Tomb, averaged over a very long run.
What we stand for
Free for real
No purchases, no payments, no coin store, no subscriptions. Coins are virtual, cost nothing and can never be cashed out, so real money plays no part here.
No ads, no tracking
No advertising, no analytics, no third-party scripts. Every image, font and line of code is served from horusgames.com, and the only cookie keeps you signed in.
Fair randomness
Every spin is independent and decided by your browser’s cryptographic random generator before the animation starts. There are no “hot” or “cold” machines.
Accessibility
Our pages aim for WCAG 2.1 AA: keyboard navigation, visible focus, reduced motion, sufficient contrast. The games add keyboard controls and screen reader announcements.
Responsible play
Our games are for adults 18+ and for amusement only. A reminder appears after 30 minutes of continuous play, and you can stop or delete your account at any time.
Three languages
The site and the games speak Russian, English and Spanish. Each version is written for its own readers, and the switcher in the header changes language in a moment.
What comes next
Two new temples are being prepared. Their features are planned and may change before release, but you can already collect a 200-coin blessing from each of their cards in the lobby.
Tomb of Anubis
Planned: an underground sanctuary with 25 paylines, sticky Anubis wilds that stay for a winning streak, cascading “falling stones” and a “Crypt Wild”.
Gates of Ra
Planned: the sun god Ra above a pyramid at dawn, cluster pays, sun multipliers from ×2 to ×50 and a “Gift of Dawn” bonus round with guaranteed golden tablets.
